10 Left Field Affirmations to Get Centered in Center Field

Left field has a bad connotation amongst members of the status quo.  In a capitalistic society, it just isn’t cool to be an individual who thinks differently than the general populace - unless that person already has earned enough prestige or financial clout to establish himself as a community influencer. As a species, we’re taught to do whatever it takes to fit in, even when “in” just isn’t hip. To make it easier for you not buy into the division capitalism carves between the haves and the have-nots, I want to point out that an influencer is not always a leader.

Left field is a creative place where everyone is encouraged to play the best game he or she can play, knowing everyone is a winner in this game called life.  Take baseball players for example.  Leftfielders don the No. 7 jersey and catch a lot of action as right-handed batters tend to smack the ball to the left.  Catch enough balls, and the leftfielder can determine the outcome of the game.

No. 7 is considered a spiritually connected number by numerologists.  They contend seven represents inner wisdom and connection to a higher power.  These specialists contend the number 7 is associated with truth-seeking and questioning.

I contend most people in left field just want to take back their power – power they unknowingly relinquished to greedy people in control of the status quo.  I get it.  Marketers teach us we must buy more, have more and sale more if we want to be successful, popular and pretty.  As a left fielder, I prefer a culture built with bricks of love, respect and kindness.

It has been said that through the Law of Attraction, people who change their thoughts change their experiences.  But mere thinking isn’t enough.  We must believe the stories we tell ourselves and others.  Then, we can begin to pivot towards lasting change.  One way to change the course is through the repetition of affirmations until new beliefs are established.

Because it is our goal to help people reclaim their power, we offer the following affirmations to help you stand in truth as a child of the Universe.

1.       My work is worthy and welcome, and so am I.

2.      My work is genius, and it attracts the right and perfect people who want to stand in truth their way.

3.      My courage and integrity inspire others to be who they came to Earth to be.

4.      I am too good to be through.

5.      I am the perfect age to land a new job in a new way.

6.      My message is valid and heard by ears that listen for truth.

7.      It is my royal birthright as a child of the Universe to be healthy, happy and whole.

8.      I am the Light that sees the light in everyone I encounter.

9.      My fun is contagious and raises energetic vibrations.

10.  I contribute joyously and uniquely to society, and my contributions are encouraged, valued and implemented for the greater good.
